Delete your TANKSENSE account

You can permanently delete your account and its associated data either inside TANKSENSE or by sending a request here. You do not need to reinstall the app.

Fastest: delete it in the app

Open Settings → Account → Delete Account, then confirm. Deletion begins immediately and cannot be undone.

Request deletion without the app

Email us from the address connected to your TANKSENSE account. If you used Sign in with Apple and hid your email, use the private relay address shown in your Apple sign-in settings.

We may reply to verify that the account belongs to you before deleting it. We will confirm when the request is complete.

What is deleted

Your profile and sign-in credentials
Your tanks, livestock, equipment and water-test history
Your uploaded photos and Triggy conversations
Your encrypted aquarium-camera credentials
Other account-linked app data

We do not keep an archived copy. Infrastructure backups are purged on their standard rotation, typically within 30 days. Minimal billing or tax records may be retained only where required by law; they do not contain tank data, photos or aquarium records.

Cancel subscriptions separately

Deleting your TANKSENSE account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel it through Apple Subscriptions on iOS or Google Play under Payments & subscriptions on Android.
